I realized that I was wasting my life blaming others for things that I was feeling. It seems to me that any time we are blaming someone, we are actually trying to get out of the responsibility we have to ourselves and all our fellow human beings for the choices we make. It removes us from reality, and no wonder many of us feel that we are out of control in some areas of our lives � we surrender control of our own emotions when we blame others for how we feel. The way we feel and the things we see are the products of ourselves and our own choices. To believe otherwise is to live your life as a victim.
