    these great people before our time are really good examples…although i feel mixed feelings when it comes to our lord and saviour…he was a man of his word and a wise man at that…if either of these people were alive today my thoughts would be compelling…

    Yes. There is no doubt that something worth having is worth striving for, and sometimes it does not come easily. However, the question that must be asked is this: Is what is being striven so hard for, worth having?

    as in – they failed? or as in that they met with challenges along the way?

    The world is not perfect – and there probably will always be people who choose, with their free will, corruption, destruction and laziness.. (and suffer the consequences)..

    But from the lives they transformed with these three peoples’ examples / legacy, I would argue that they made it..:)
