Seeing is believing

I am moved by the human spirit, and how reality seems to be measurable by each of us. We have things in common that take a keen eye to see.

These are the beginnings of great lyrics. Use them!
Actually, that first bit instantly brought to mind Beck’s song ‘The Spirit Moves Me’ from his Stereopathetic Soul Manure album (aaaaages ago – the late, great John Peel really rated it and turned me on to this song). In it, he sings: ‘Late at night, and the spirit moves me and I don’t mind being afraid’. How very like you, no? That bit, anyway. The rest of Beck’s lyrics are waaaaayyyy into another parallel universe :-D

  3. Hi Mark!

I just had to write and tell you that I have watched every episode of The Tudors and when I saw you on the show I knew I had seen you somewhere but couldn’t place you. Then, today, I saw your interview where you answer fan questions and realized – I WORKED WITH YOU! On Eighteen. I was the script supervisor. I am SO GLAD to see you on a big show… you totally deserve it; I remember being so impressed by your acting skills.

Oh, and I love your voice in the song that accompanies the interview. I am thinking I need to get your album.

    Much love,
    Sandra xo
